I got different prices. Mr. Macedo was honest with me. My house was built in 1878. Might have issues and it did. Three layers of shingles on top of rotted wood. He showed up, with his crew when he said he would. They started at 7:30 am and went strong til 7:30 pm stopping only for lunch. No cigarette or coffee breaks, no music, no talking. Needed extra wood and they were there within 1/2 hour. Today, you would never know they were here. They were quiet, cleaned up and my roof is solid and quite pretty. I would highly recommend LM Roofing. Going to have them vinyl side my house.
